If something arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or return in line with UK consumer regulations.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may have different return terms. We will confirm before you complete checkout when those terms apply.
