Solid wood moves a little with the seasons. Keep pieces out of harsh direct sun, use coasters, and dust with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid bleach and soaking wet wipes.
A small mark or colour variation is often the grain, not a defect. If something arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us within 14 days with your order number.
